At DTM we incorporate quality control and verification throughout the production process.
All of our machines have measuring probes that allow us to check the pieces manufactured at the end of each phase. This way can we ensure the traceability of quality control and that the final product meets the requirements in terms of excellence and thoroughness we establish for each of our moulds.

We innovate in machining strategies to boost quality. At DTM, through our on-going investment in technological innovation, we can machine the most complex shapes with maximum precision.
Our EDM Department uses machines standardised and robotised using the EROWA system. Before starting this process, all electrodes and pieces are verified without exception.
Our Wire EDM Department is also standardised with the EROWA system.
At DTM we also innovate in the lathing process.
Our Grinding and Polishing Department is a symbol of our identity. This is the final, most artisanal part of the manufacturing process.
