Robot EROWA EASY for the Makino F5.

Moulds DTM has recently incorporated a Robot EROWA EASY for the Makino high speed machine. Our objective is to get 400 hours to month.
With a transfer weight of 250 kg, it is perfect for moving pallets of the EROWA MTS system, which are used mainly for milling and grinding. The gripper travels up to 1,500 mm (X-axis). This allows the Robot Easy to reach also the tables of larger machining centres. To retrofit an existing machine, it may be beneficial to place the robot on the operator side of the equipment. This gives the operator enough access space for manual operation of the machine.
